EasyCmm is a universal CMM server that enables direct, plug-&-play cross communication among CMMs of the world’s leading brands and the major metrology software packages.
EasyCmm directly interfaces with any CMM and CMM-head controllers produced by leading global manufacturers, such as Hexagon Dea, Hexagon Leitz, Mitutoyo, Wenzel, Pantec, Nikon (LK) and Zeiss™.
EasyCmm performs error mapping to compensate for geometric, volumetric, orientation, positioning and kinematic errors in the CMM structure that affect their accuracy.
EasyCmm transmits the data gathered from the CMMs to any CMM software of choise, which comtrols, collects and analysez them, supplying the user with processed information about the physical geometrical characteristics of the object measured, as well as corrective feedback to the CMM.
EasyCmm includes an I++ server enabling any software that supports I++ protocol (PolyWorks™, MCosmos™, PcDmis™, Rational-Dmis™, Quartis™, CM™, Metrolog™, Calypso™, Power Inspect™, Verisuf™, etc.) to communicate with numerous CMM brands and their controllers – e.g. Hexagon Dea, Hexagon Leitz, Mitutoyo, Wenzel, Pantec, Nikon (LK) or Zeiss™ machine controllers, as well as Renishaw, Tesa, Hexagon Leitz or Zeiss™ head controllers.
